The providers named in the legal notice are responsible for processing personal data. Privacy enquiries may be sent to volker@cesinger.de.

Hosting & server logs

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data, in particular the IP address, time, requested address, volume of data transferred, referrer, and browser and system details. This processing serves the secure and stable provision of the website. Logs are retained only for as long as required for operation, security and legal obligations.

Rental enquiries

The contact, date and interest information entered in the enquiry form is processed to handle the rental enquiry and respond personally. The legal bases are consent and pre-contractual measures. Data that is no longer required is deleted once its purpose no longer applies and no statutory retention obligation prevents deletion. Sensitive supporting documents should not be sent through the public initial-contact form.

Consentmanager

We use consentmanager (iubenda) to request and document required consents and allow them to be changed at any time. Technically necessary information about the consent decision is processed for this purpose. The panel can be reopened through Cookie settings. Cookie settings

Microsoft Clarity

After consent to the “Measurement” purpose, we use Microsoft Clarity on public information and rental pages to improve usability through session recordings and click or scroll analysis. The provider is Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited. No connection to Clarity is established before consent. Advertising storage remains disabled and form entries are additionally masked. After consent, Clarity may use identifiers such as _clck and _clsk. Withdrawal is transmitted immediately through the Clarity Consent API V2. Google Analytics

After consent to the “Measurement” purpose, we use Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-1PWTWY79ZT on public information and rental pages to evaluate page views and use of our service statistically. The provider is Google Ireland Limited. The Google tag is not loaded and no data is transmitted to Google Analytics before consent. Advertising storage, advertising user data and personalised advertising remain disabled. After consent, Google Analytics may in particular use the _ga cookie. Withdrawal is transmitted immediately to Google Consent Mode. Google Analytics is not used in the tenant or administration portal. Google reCAPTCHA

The rental enquiry form is protected against automated misuse by Google reCAPTCHA. Technical connection and usage data may be transmitted to Google. reCAPTCHA is used solely for the form’s security check. Privacy policy.

Your rights

Within the scope provided by law, data subjects may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, object to processing and withdraw consent with future effect. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
